Yo Quiero Chuck E Cheese
- Taylor's Birthday was on Saturday. The birthday party was at pump it up and there were quite a few kids. I got pretty tired chasing kids around and knocking them over. (PUMP IT UP has two rooms full of giant inflatable Stuff kids can fall, slide and play on)
- All went really smooth, Taylor got good gifts including little kid video game stuff, a bike, a robotic dog, some movies. Although I think he liked the balloons the best. Just playing with the kids was probably my favorite part.
- Went to my parents Sunday Morning and came back to the house Sunday around 11 excited to watch some football and chill out had been a hectic couple days. When I got home my girlfriend was into some heavy duty cleaning. DAMN IT. I knew it was going to be trouble. She was ready to clean I wasn't, the apartment is way to small to sit while somebody cleans. So we got into a fight and I ended up watching football back at my parents house.
- Football is good
- The kids were kind of driving me nuts on Sunday and so I decided to take them to Chuck E Cheese later that day to get out some of their energy. DISASTER. It must have been some kind of Mexican Holiday (I will have to look that up) since I was the only person in there besides the workers who didn't speak Spanish. Took a while to get a table and having four kids by myself was a little nerve racking but it all ended up being OK. The kids had a lot of fun although I was kind of pissed when I was waiting in line for a while to order our cardboard cheese (that is what passes for pizza at "The Chuck") and some tokens. I am not 100 percent sure what happened but right when I was about to step up to the kid friendly counter the woman at the counter quit her job. This left me pretty pissed off and I made sure they knew it and ushered me to the front of another line. It was like a joke there. That is what happens I am sure when you have such young kids working at a place like that. Maybe she was frustrated because she didn't understand Spanish but that is just my guess, all I know is it was a long day.

Slow week
- Girlfriend and I are doing a lot better, which is good. Just some problems the way I dealt with my ex wife. I believe I changed all that.
- Played poker this weekend with my friends. I won both games, it was fun for me. All the people were fun so it was cool. There was a lot of unlady like belching from one woman at the table, disgusting. I got pocket Aces 4 times and pocket Kings about 5 times, so the cards were definitely there for me. Girlfriend and some friends went down to the bar after the game; they seemed to have a lot of fun. I didn't go because I was too busy WINNING.
- My nephew had a basketball game this weekend. I help along with his team so I was there, it was fun they demolished the other team. My nephew didn't score any points but he did have an assist and skipped up and down the court for two quarters. He also had a couple ballet spins which were great. He is not very aggressive but he is actually not horrible, his skipping was because he thought he was supposed to sidestep the whole time like you do on defense. It would have been pretty funny if he wasn't my nephew, but he is a great kid.
- I saw the Adam Sandler movie "I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry". I was disappointed it just was not very funny. Adam Sandler sure makes shitty movies now. Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison are all time favorites but man "Click", "Little Nicky" and this one are just rough to watch.
- The girls are doing great, they enjoyed the basketball game and I can't wait till they can play. We had a good weekend just hanging out, went to the park ate at IHOP. They were pretty good at the restaurant, I had them play "the who can be quieter game" and they liked that and I loved that they liked it. The place kind of screwed Lauren out of her meal, they took forever and then only brought out half her meal. Then they had to bring out the other half a little bit later, tough to keep 3 kids occupied when the restaurant is F#$king things up. I won't name the restaurant but it sounds like International House of Pancakes (IHOP on federal way in Boise Idaho)

Boise State MVP Day
2. Tater tots really are delicious
- My Girlfriend is more pissed at me now. I found out what I did and it is not cool at all. A definite mistake that I made and will have to learn from (see the tip of the day). I really do hope she forgives me.
- Took my nephew and niece to a BSU game this weekend, Boise St had some special day a lot of the children organizations in the area like YMCA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Good Samaritans, etc.... This was for youths who needed help or felt disenfranchised. I don't think my nephew and niece apply but it was fun anyway.
- They had some no name players in the beginning sign autographs, just freshman and players who weren't going to play. We then got to run out on the field in front of 30,000 fans right before the team did. We got hot dogs that were disgusting and my nephew and niece wouldn't eat them. Hot Dog meat is already questionable but this was horrendous. A group of Muslim kids from CATCH! (not sure what that is and haven't looked it up yet, and I won't) were upset because nobody could tell them if there was pork in the hot dogs. They can't eat pork for religious regions. I could almost guarantee them there wasn't pork or beef in these things, but I didn't want to get involved.
-We then came back inside and got to watch the game on a giant screen TV in the indoor practice facility. Too bad the glare through the windows made it hard to watch the Giant TV.
They had four giant bouncy houses, face painting and kids playing football all over the place. The basketball team came in and signed autographs as well as the gymnastic teams.
- Jazzy only let one football player sign her t shirt, I think she liked him. Damon got everybody to sign his t - shirt, that was very important to him. I don't think he even knew what the final score was of the game. They provided pizza for everybody which was good and gave the kids a lot of ra ra inspirational speeches about staying off drugs and staying school.
- They got gift bags on the way out with coloring books and other stuff (I didn't really look in it, was tired by this time). It was a long day that started at 10 and ended around 6. The kids had a good time so that was great. But I feel really sick.

Chuck E Cheese and Trouble
(Hey it is Kenny's License Pic)- We then hung out during the day and watched Spider Man 3. A good movie, a little too much Mary Jane story line, but fits in line with the other two nicely and the "bad guys" were done very well. I was worried introducing that many "bad guys" (Venom, Sandman and Green Goblin) but they didn't it really well. Best movie I have seen in a while which isn't saying much for Spiderman 3 as it is saying for the quality of movies I have seen lately. Although 1408 was good for the first half but like most scary movies the second half was disappointing.
-I then took Taylor, Lily and Mia to Chuck E Cheese, my sister showed up with Damon and Jazzy and then Lauren showed up. They seemed to have a good time. The kids are funny because they just toss tokens into machines and walk away. Mia and Taylor got on a monster truck and rode with some kid as he tossed about 5 dollars in the thing. They just got a free rides, finally the kids mom put a stop to it and convinced him to do something else. I think Mia and Taylor were bummed. The best T shirt I have ever seen at Chuck E Cheese (and the ballsiest):

Just cause you are wearing a mask.......
....
- The girls dressed as fairies one was pink and one was blue. The boys dressed up as pirates and Lauren did a good job with the costumes. They were all very excited and Taylor kept repeating "give me your gold" over and over and over and over and over and .... you get the point.
-Lauren and I took the three youngest kids (all under three) They were very cute with their little trick or treats and thank yous. A lot of nice comments from people about their costumes.

- My sister took my oldest daughter and her son since they were going to tear through the houses. When I was done I got a hold of my sister and asked her where she was. She told me where she was so I parked the van on the street figuring I would run a couple hundred feet catch up with them and head back to the van. Of course not, after 3 phone calls and changing directions twice I finally was able to catch up to my daughter and bring her back to the van so we could go home.
- Lots of good candies. All brand names Hershey's brands and no apples or generic taffy's or peppermint candies. Quite a few whole candy bars. Life is so much better now then when I was a kid.

Mac and Cheese
- My nephew is playing basketball he is 7 years old and almost 5 ft tall. His dad was very good at basketball as was his mom, but so far he has shown no athletic aptitude. Although he has tried Soccer and Baseball in the past he seems to want this more then anything else. It also seems like maybe he is getting a little more coordinated which is great.
- I saw the movie The Invisible on DVD last night it was promising but the ending was pretty disappointing. It just didn't hold my attention, I liked the main characters I just thought the movie ended strange and too (because most movies are) unrealistic.

Rendition - Movie Review
This movie sucked. It was like reading a book except the book would have been a lot more interesting. They could have killed the main characters in this movie and I wouldn't have cared at all. This is not the worst movie I have ever seen but not something I want to pay 10 dollars to go see at the movie theater. Maybe it would have been good on DVD when I was tired and wanted to go to sleep quickly.
I haven't really liked Jake Gyllenhaal since he got his back broken on that mountain. You can make a million movies but you make one gay cowboy eating pudding on a mountain movie and that is all you will be remembered for. Reese Witherspoon was good in Freeway back in 1996 but hasn't done much since then.

Old ladies at Subway
- Lily and Damon passed although we are going to keep Lily back to stay with her cousin, she barely passed and could use another session at the same level.
- Taylor socked Mia in the face it was a good punch and I was proud of my daughter for taking it and Taylor had good form. Too bad he got pulled from the pool for the last half hour but he seemed to understand apologized and was great the rest of the day.
-Subway by the YMCA sucks ass, a bunch of old ladies who don't really know how to use the cash register. My mom was way to nice as they over charged us by about 10 dollars. She was just tired of waiting.
-My daughter Lily is in special learn your shapes group in Kindergarten. My ex volunteers at the School every other Tuesday and gave me that surprising news. Doesn't make any sense to me since she knows all her shapes and letters and appears to be really smart. Maybe she is uncomfortable or thinks it is a game. I don't know, but she is driving me a little nuts.
-New rule for one of my daughters (guess which one) "Only hug people in your family or preapproved by dad. " Lots of hugging of dudes on Friday a little disturbing. She is way to friendly and way to eager to please which can be a disastrous combination for a little girls with the way the world is now.
-Going to take my nephew who is a 7 year old Giant to go play some basketball going to start helping coach his Y basketball team this week should be fun.
-Mia was playing with balloons in her room when she tripped fell and hit her face on the wooden toy box, nice mark across her cheek. Tough day for her.
-I was getting gas and I saw this moron just walk across the path of my car twice and I am not the best driver, he was lucky I was just paying attention this time. It doesn't happen often, he walked into the street where I saw a lady draw a dog into her car. When the dog got into the car, the lady started wailing on the dog, then the crazy dude who walked in front of me twice then got in the car and the car starts shaking and he takes his turn beating his dog. I just hope that couple never has kids.
-Fuck Boston, Just saw the Patriots destroy another team, watching the Redsox win the world series and watched Boston College squeak out a win against Va Tech to remain number 2 in the country. I am sure the Celtics now that they have Allen and Garnett will make the NBA Finals. So screw all Boston fans. Yeah it is jealousy.
-UFC is way better then boxing. Can't help it I want boxing to be better but it just can't compare. Brock Lesner is coming to UFC, lets see what happens. He was a College Heavyweight national champion and is a beast athlete. Maybe Goldberg can come next.
The Haunted Woods
- My daughters don't like to walk around in the dark woods and have men in masks yell at them.
- This doesn't seem to bother Lauren's sons at all as Parker just said "hi I am Parker", while Taylor would ask where did the scary animals go when they were gone.
- Ashley's daughter seemed to be fine as long as she was holding an adults hand.
- Musical Children is when kids don't want to be in the front too long and decide to trade handlers after getting scared to get towards the back.
- Ashley got the crap scared out of her when my daughters flipped out and I fell behind. One of the "scary men" got behind her, I told her I was right behind her. She said OK then the dude scared the crap out of her. A couple F bombs are dropped by Ashley.
-After about 3/4 of a mile all the kids wanted to leave (except Parker) so we started waving the white flag walking through the woods repeating the phrase "We are little kids, we are scared, we want to go home." The scary men in masks started hi-fiving the kids and letting them know it was OK. I believe this saved us from dealing with some nightmares.
- Minivans are great for transporting kids not great for parking. We have a minivan now and believe me great for taking kids not so easy for me to park. As I held up a lot of people with my amazing driving skills, going forward, backward, forward, backward turn the wheel to the left, the right to the left. GREAT PARKING SKILLS.
-Whole thing was pretty inexpensive the line was about 30 minutes which was tough to entertain the kids for that long. Lots of holding the younger kids and carrying them. Stupid teenagers screaming in front of us. Surprised Ashley or Lauren didn't push a couple teenage
girls into the woods and whoop their ass.
-Got free chocolate milk at the end of the thing. HELL YES I LOVE CHOCOLATE MILK. Especially FREE.
-Left the chocolate milk in the van when we got home because all the kids fell asleep and we had to carry them in. Forgot about the free chocolate milk (yes free) and so I didn't get any. Saddest point of my life
-A thought about the fires in So. California and I would be willing to bet that it was started by somebody who was about to have their house foreclosed on. Too bad this couldn't have happened in Tomball Texas last year.
-The movie Planet Terror sucks balls. Just didn't care or laugh or anything. Just thought it was kind of gross and horrible. I like most zombie movies but this goes at the bottom. Even the machine gun leg sucked ass.
